Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 500mg
Zinc (as Zinc Citrate Dihydrate) 12.5mg
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 7.5micrograms (300 IU)
Adults: 2 capsules daily
Best taken regularly, or as advised by your health professional.

Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains Zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts of for a longer period. Adults only.
