Directions

Dissolve 1 tablet in 250mL (1 glass) of warm or cold water. Once dissolved consume immediately. Adults: Take 1 effervescent tablet daily.

equiv. to dry fruit 5.7g
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 1000mg
